deZemSheetReal-time spreadsheet with IoT data
As a module of the deZem DataSuite, deZemSheet offers powerful spreadsheet functionality with direct access to all your IoT, metering, and master data. Existing spreadsheets can be seamlessly integrated and enhanced.
The future of IoT data analysis
The highlight of deZemSheet: cells that reference your actual metering data are always up to date and can be refreshed at any time. That’s why we call deZemSheet a real-time spreadsheet, offering virtually unlimited possibilities for a wide range of reporting tasks. The usual time-consuming export and import of raw data into other programs is no longer necessary. This allows the spreadsheet to be continuously expanded with new metering data or functions and to adapt flexibly to changing reporting requirements.
In addition to standard spreadsheet functions, users can access special deZem functions to query and organise data from the DataSuite. Threshold values can also be set, with any exceedances or shortfalls highlighted in colour for instant visual analysis.
Who needs deZemSheet?
deZemSheet is a must-have for all DataSuite users who have been using traditional spreadsheets for reporting and want to enhance their analysis by directly integrating raw data, aggregated values, metadata or virtual meters from the DataSuite. Analyse your key metrics, sites and assets at a glance!

Why deZemSheet ?
- Real-time reporting
- Quick creation or expansion of spreadsheets for enhanced analysis capabilities
- No limitations in spreadsheet design
- High flexibility
- Functions to retrieve data directly from the DataSuite: current values, aggregated values, weekly or monthly consumption, metadata (energy prices, emission factors, areas), stored key figures, and virtual calculations for individual metering series or entire sites
- Time and cost savings (no time-consuming import/export; a table created once can continuously retrieve updated values)
- Clearer insights for energy management with colour-coded threshold cells
Highlights
- Spreadsheet with standard functions and formulas, plus special deZem functions that automatically integrate current information from the DataSuite
- Ideal for management reporting, and also as a complement to existing spreadsheets
