Since 2003, we’ve been integrating all kinds of data -including energy consumption and power, production data, machine data, environmental variables, etc. This data forms the basis for both classic and smart applications such as energy management, process monitoring, plant maintenance, predictive maintenance, anomaly detection and much more.
deZem data acquisition is modular!
The key components such as sensors, fieldbuses, edge computers and data platform can be freely combined regardless of technology or manufacturer. The interfaces are always standardised. deZem itself particularly powerful sensor and Edge computer for broad deployment. Naturally, existing systems or products from other manufacturers are integrated in every project to achieve the best overall solution.
The manual data acquisition via app is also fully supported by the deZem system. In addition, our mobile metering case allows for temporary measurements.
Data collected. Now what?
The data can be transmitted in real time to the deZem data platform and Energy management software - or to other platforms - where it can be further processed and analysed. Alternatively, it can be used on site with our Edge controller iPCR-M for automation and visualisation.

With deZem’s unique IoT sensor, unnecessary electricity consumption can be identified and optimised in no time. deZem Edge Computer
Powerful deZem industrial PCs on-site
The Linux-based Edge Computers are the local hub for collecting, filtering, buffering and, if necessary, preprocessing sensor data locally. deZem Edge Computers perform monitoring and automation tasks on-site and send data e.g. to the deZem Data platform for permanent storage and analysis.
