The operator of our data centre will carry out maintenance work on Thursday, December 5th 2024, between 4:30 am and 6:30 am CET. This will result in disruptions in the following areas:
- The DataSuite is not accessible
- Delayed data import & sending of alarms / e-mails
- LoRaWAN gateways: data loss during maintenance as the import server cannot receive data
The maintenance window is scheduled for two hours - though we anticipate a disruption of only a few minutes. Nevertheless, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding any potential inconvenience. If you have any questions or issues, we will be happy to assist you.
