Project Manager for IoT (m/f/d)

We are looking for energetic, technically savvy, and highly organised individuals to join our Project Management team as soon as possible, contributing to the development and successful implementation of IoT and energy management projects.

Your tasks:

As a Project Manager, you will take on new clients directly from our Sales Team and guide them on their deZem journey. You plan and execute projects while keeping the client’s goals and wishes in focus. When existing clients expand their activities and scale up their systems, you support the Key Account Management Team. You will also configure and test all components prior to shipment/installation.
 

Your tasks in detail include

• Coordination of IoT projects with clients and technicians
• Internal and external communication and organisation, acting as the interface between Sales, Key Account, Technical Team, Marketing, and the client
• Project-accompanying advice on reducing consumption, optimising system behaviour and
  IoT applications
• Technical concept and project development
• On-site client visits for assessments when online solutions are not sufficient
• Support with public tenders
• Co-development of client training (online and offline)
• Continuous improvement and positioning of our portfolio

Your profile:

• Several years of experience managing and implementing technology-oriented projects
• Degree in engineering or natural sciences; candidates with a commercial background (e.g., Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Physics, Business Administration with a focus on energy/environment management) or a strong hands-on mentality are also welcome
• Industry knowledge in IoT, automation, energy management, building technology, SaaS, etc. is a plus
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills for long-term client and partner relationships
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to quickly grasp economic, technical, and social contexts
• Goal-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
• Fluent German (spoken and written); English and additional languages such as Spanish or French are highly welcome
